I purchased some outdoor lights. They were sealed, and given the price point, I assumed they were new (that's the going rate at all those types of stores). I installed them just shy of two weeks later. Upon opening the package, I realized they were clearly used and missing the adhesive strips (which I had to buy separately). I didn't dwell on it, figuring as long as they worked—and they were meant for outdoor use—it was fine. Unfortunately, many of the bulbs wouldn't turn on, and they didn't function correctly with the app. That's when it clicked why they'd been sold in that state. I thought, given the short time frame, we could easily reach a resolution. But despite my explanations, they refused to budge. Now I understand why their store is always empty. It's no wonder nobody wants to shop there with those prices and that level of service!

absolutely love this store! The employees are always so friendly and welcoming, and the service is fantastic. There’s such a great selection of products, and it’s always a fun surprise to see what you’ll find. It’s amazing that they have everything—from hardware, fishing gear, feed, to flowers and liquidation deals—all in one place. It’s honestly hard to beat. I definitely recommend checking it out!
