Don't take your machine here for servicing. After spending $2000.00 here on a new machine, I left my older one for servicing. Over 4 months later, no work had been done. I received no phone call explaining the delay. I finally went to get my unworked on machine & they couldn't find it. After an hour of searching the entire store, it was finally found. I received no apology or explanation for such poor service.
