To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Flowers arrived after my father in laws funeral. We got no call or anything. The quality was not what we expected at all based on our past purchases. They have lost us as a customer.

We purchased a beautiful pre-made arrangement for a funeral service there. The people were nice and sympathetic. The roses looked very fresh. I'm confident that if we did not buy a pre-made arrangement, they would have come through with another to help us with our last minute request.

Placed an order for a sympathy arrangement Monday before Christmas. The woman was pleasantly straight forward about what they could offer due to holiday orders. My only request was for purple to be included. I'm in TX, so I had to trust that my Sister would receive a beautiful arrangement...as promised. She did!! Thank you Albany Florist! 🧡

Very disappointed. The quality of the plants was awful. The arrangement I received did not reflect a business who takes pride in their work. I suggest you use a different business in town.

The fruit/cheese basket I ordered for delivery to my Aunt on her special birthday, exceeded my expectations.
She loved it and sent me pictures. It was more beautiful than pictured on the website. That is rare these days. My sincere appreciation and thanks to everyone at Albany Floral & gifts. Their service was timely and excellent.

These folks are by far the worst flower/gift shop. Do yourself a favor and do not use these to send gifts to loved one. The gift I sent to a loved one smelt like cigarettes and cat urine. They also didn’t include half the items that was supposed to be in the gift and I’m pretty sure the lady I gave my card info to stole my credit card numbers so now I have to get a new card. They lady was extremely rude on the phone and cussed me up and down when I inquired about the missing item. Do not use these cigarette smoking thieves

My friends and I went on a gift basket for a friend who is going through a very rough time and the image online showed a very nice, “fancy” cheese and meat basket similar to a charcuterie board in basket form.. when the basket arrived it was filled with dollar general brand snacks and a can of “cheez wiz” spray cheese… very disappointing. Looks like they rummaged through their snack drawer at work and dumped in the basket what they had. Giving 2 stars only for the fast delivery. Definitely not worth $70 by any means.
