It's ok. Clothing style that it carries has changed over the last couple of years. Nothing really for 50-60 yr old. But I'll keep checking back from time to time. T-shirt collection is nice. Kids selections are good.

Came in at the holidays. Had a receipt but not my card because my card was broken and temp. Sarah was so rude. Essentially not helping me at all. Wouldn’t give me a store credit or anything. I’m still waiting and she walks off the register leaving me without any help. Completely rude and even the other guy working beside her was trying to explain she was telling me something wrong. All I needed was to be able to exchange for something else not what I didn’t like. I won’t be back.

WE got there today (Black Friday) 30+ minutes before 7am (gift card give out), in 45 below weather (#60-70)...did they REALLY give out 100?...

My complaint: About 20 minutes before 7am, someone started a line in another direction..and the door people let them in with the beginning of the original line.. I also heard they gave them out to any human (child or adult) that came in the door regardless of which line they were in... NOT AS ADVERTISED

Cute clothing, decent prices, but the sizes aren’t great. Barely anything above a L. The plus size department doesn’t have as great of selection as the rest of the store, which is disappointing. Their non-clothing items are cute and lots to choose from.

Has some interesting apparel and gift items. If you are lazy and can't tie your shoes, they have all kinds of Hey Dude's. They also sell those cloud shoes that everyone is wearing.

I needed a pair of jeans on my way to work. This store has a great selection, but I was followed around like I was stealing. Nobody asked me if I needed anything. Everything I was wearing was bought from that location. I'm sorry I ripped my jeans before work.

He went above and beyond, patiently assisting me in selecting clothes and sizes, making what would've been hours of shopping into a quick and enjoyable 20-30 minutes. His expertise and dedication made my visit truly exceptional. Highly recommend B Turner’s, especially with outstanding staff like Kelei!
