Ricky and Billy in the Winter Garden Regal Paint Center Of Winter Garden were outstanding in helping with my need of samples. Not not that but they were amazing with other aspects of the job we have facing us. In addition, he helped me set up a color collection for our HOA architectural review board. That is something we have been needing for a very long time, but I would encourage Benjamin Moore to create an online color collection that can be added to an HOA tracking system.

Chose to go to this location due to proximity of my job site and product availability. Upon arriving, and receiving assistance from this middle age white woman with glasses, I did not catch her name. When I told her which paint I wanted, rudely and with a tone she asked “1 gallon?! 5 gallon?!” and sort of nodding her head. I started to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your establishment. Then I asked for assistance once again, walked with her towards the Spray section. Explained to her descriptions of spray paint that I bought just yesterday at Another Benjamin Moore Store. Very disrespectfully she pointed them out, saying “Can’t you see what you want? Can’t you look?”
I felt disgusted with her attitude, her words and the look in her eyes as if I was causing a problem. In the other hand, I am a customer, buying your product, I ask questions, you answer them.
I politely confronted her about her attitude, in which there is no reason for such lack of customer service and simple politeness, she promptly, and with a huff said “ I’m done!” and walked away. Another gentleman who was working there started assisting me, said “don’t mind her”. I also asked him on why such rudeness from that lady, and his answer was he didn’t think she behaved improperly.
This is a just a feedback from a never returning customer to this location. Your staff needs training on how to properly treat your customers. Google doesn’t allow me to put zero stars, otherwise I would.

Full disclosure, I own ColorWorx Painting. I visit this store 3 to 5 times per week, religiously. Even though I'm biased because we solely use BM paints at our company, we never have an issue here - NEVER. From customer service to the quality of their paint, nothing here to complain about. Benjamin Moore is known for a higher level of quality. The staff and owner here are parallel to our business model as well as the business model for BM Paints. We purchase more BM products than any other residential repaint company in the area. That being said, with this much volume, things could go wrong, right? Well, that's the complete opposite. Thousands of gallons and never an issue. Everything we purchase is matched correctly and the products are never an issue. The staff is topnotch and the owner, Steve, is one of the finest people I've ever met. I'm proud to do business here and I'm proud to be part of this family of paint and coating experts.
