Publix has everything we need for the daily life of the house, with excellent bakery and pharmacy. The impression I have is that of all the chains operating in the region, it has the freshest fruits and vegetables. For almost all products, the Publix brand offers high quality alternatives. I really like the variety of meats and seafood and the ready-to-eat dishes that help a lot on busy days. For those who want to eat on site, there is a small cafeteria and tables outside, next to an ATM. The best part of this store is the service, everyone tries to be attentive and friendly.

The last three visit to the Deli I have had bad experiences at Publix several weeks ago. I went to the deli to get a sub. The lady was new and very slow, which was no fault of her, but she had no help from her staff .Two weeks I ordered a sub online, which gave them 40 minutes to make the sub when I got there. The sub was not ready. also, there was food on the floor and a bug in the refrigerated section where they keep the drinks in front of the substation and tonight again 40 minutes before my sub was supposed to be made online I get there. The sub is not finished. The ladies excuse was she just got back from her break but someone should’ve been covering her.I don’t know what’s going on in that deli, but there’s poor service.

Meat/fish section and fresh vegetables/vegetables section are my best sections

I live in Clermont, but my favorite Publix is at Stoneybrook. The reason being they have a drive-thru for there Pharmacy and easy access to the 429 from there. Although the prices may be a little higher than some of tge other grocery stores, cleanliness is important to me as well as FRESH produce. Other stores my have lower priced product, but they never last the entire week and have to be thrown out. So where's the savings? The weekly BOGO's are really great, too.

Absolutely unacceptable when in for lunch.they had no fresh food the workers were not helping customers or wasting their team member that had a line. No greeting nothing. Then asked if any food was being made fresh she says no why not when it lunch time the food in the lol window looked like it was there for a week. Asked for a sub instead and again was told they didn’t have 2 of the major thing’s needed for a sub like really ur in the store go get it and make it I will never be back
