Great selection of UGA gear and merchandise. Fantastic Customer Service. I placed an order from their website, and just a few minutes later placed a second order. When filling the orders, they combined them into one order and refunded me the excess shipping costs without me even having to contact them! That was a great unexpected surprise. I discovered University Spirit first my freshman year when looking for anything with your Greek letters on it. They have a wide selection of decals, koozies, key fobs, and anything you can think of, all with a wide selection of either your Greek letters, monograms, or if nothing else the ability to order a screen print or embroidery on pretty much whatever you buy here. Everyone in the store greets you with a warm, southern welcome that invites you in every time you shop here, and they couldn't have better customer service because it is already top-notch.

I have had multiple articles of clothing embroidered here and they have all been done in not only a fast and timely manner, but the actual embroidery has lasted wash after wash and it looks exactly the way I wanted it to look. When they finish they text you, so you know right away that you can pick it up, which is both fast and convenient.

Honestly, I wouldn't know anyone who could do the job better or faster, and I don't need to look because I go here every time I need something made or just to browse the UGA gear and memorabilia.

I have been to University Spirit several times over the past couple of months. Don't even waste your time going to other Bulldawg apparel shops. These guys have WAY more selection and they go out of their way to take good care of their customers.
