I had my wedding ring repaired , one stone replaced and the general setting improved. They did an amazing job. The ring looks 100% better than when it was new. I love it more than ever. Not only was the workmanship superb, everyone at the store was friendly and well informed. They kept us in the loop at every step and made themselves available. As soon as I arrived at Aurum, I felt better about the process of shopping for engagement rings. Shopping online had left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but at Aurum I always felt taken care of. I worked with Sarah to design a custom engagement ring based on my favorite designs from jewelers around the world. She was able to design a ring that I think was genuinely better than anything I had seen before, and that actually cost less than it would have if I had ordered online. If I could do one thing differently about my process, it would have been going into Aurum months earlier: it was the best decision I made (besides choosing my fiancée of course!).

Ii have been a customer at Aurum since I moved to Athens, GA. I have had several pieces of jewelry designed as well as purchased new and estate pieces. It goes without saying that the jewelry is beautiful and unique, but the service and experience always exceeds my expectations. I had a piece of jewelry that was my mother’s and the care and concern they put into re-making it for me, was amazing.
