We had an amazing experience at Stock & Trade's outlet store in Atlanta in May and June. We were overwhelmed trying to help our son furnish his first apartment. Decided to check it out after a local friend's recommendation but were imagining it would be too expensive. Much to our surprise, we were informed upon walking in the door that the store had transitioned to an outlet format. I approached Jenn Amos for help, and she happens to be the store manager. Two and a half hours later she had helped us "curate" his living room - we bought a sofa, lamps, end tables, a rug, two swivel chairs and a mirror. We were able to store our purchases until his lease began, and she hooked us up with great movers. Full service!!! She was very patient with us and her team were more than happy to move things around for us so we could look at them together. I was so relieved to not have to scour the internet and Wayfair for hours on end anymore, I was brought to tears at the end of it. Happy tears! We returned three weeks later and bought the coffee table Jenn recommended after realizing we should have bought it the first time!

Can not say enough GREAT things about Stock and Trade. I had the pleasure of working with Jenn Amos and Melissa Kufahl and they were phenomenal. They were able to take my vision and make it a reality. What I appreciated most is that they were willing to listen and address my concerns. It’s now so much fun to have friends over to my home - I keep getting compliments!!!

Love this store! I always look forward to coming to Stock and Trade especially when I bring a friend or client that’s never been. It’s like Atlanta’s best kept secret! 😁 The new managers Ben and Travis are always super helpful and friendly and all of the sales people are great. And the best part is the ability to take it home THE SAME DAY! Just wish they had delivery ☹️

Stock and Trade has great selections and the showroom is beautiful. However, after spending $17k+ on furnishing our house, things went south with the management team. Over the past year, they have had 3 different managers that dropped the ball.

At first we were told that items were in stock. Then it wasn't because things were on backordered. We trusted the team and continued to make payments. However, the payments were being applied to items that were on backordered and not items that was delivered to us. They ended up making a switch to a new POS system and could not tell us what payments that were accounted for. They continue to reach out stating we owed them a balance but couldn't figure out basic math and the exact total.

After having to explain our situation to different managers, drove 3 different trips to the location, and chasing management down, and ended up doing forensic accounting (spreadsheet, bank statements etc.) ourselves, we were able to sort things out.

I am very disappointed in the way the team has handle this situation. The fact that they dropped the ball on several occasion and did not maintain their level of customer service, I DO NOT recommend clients to purchase from this location.

They do not know how to operate business and maintain level of professionalism. There's no accountability on making things right with customers who spends large amount of money for their business.

Nice items but seems overpriced. But some really nice items. Also the staff was not helpful...at least to us. Now please forgive if the model is to just let the customers shop and never acknowledge them even when they are right in front of you. And I mean this as in...not bother the customer but just let them shop....but to me it's a difference in that and what we experienced.

One lady was behind a register...I saw that she was on her cell phone scrolling or whatever...no problem...but then we walked right past her...not fast but slowly and having a conversation about pieces in the store and it was almost lime she purposely never looked up. Perhaps she glanced slightly and decided we were not there to buy. We actually were potentially but okay. Then there was another lady...now I can say she was on the phone with an actual customer...I saw her...she looked up...our eyes met...but still no acknowledgement to even say....I see you just give me a second...just nothing...
Could be wrong but perhaps they made an assumption based on whatever and decided to not serve us or acknowledge that we took the time to come into their store and potentially shop. But won't be shopping there now for sure.

Go up
