Came in with brand new sweatpants still in the original BRAND NEW packaging that they put it in and the assistant manager still managed to accuse me of wearing the pants and trying to return them. I went back another day asking to speak to the actual manager to see if she could at least look at them to see for herself and she told me she wouldn’t even look at them. Looking at these reviews I realize now they just didn’t want to do the return as multiple people have had this same terrible experience. Do not shop here if you’re not 100% sure you’re going to have no intentions on returning something. Very disappointed

The manager is complete rude disrespectful and unprofessional instead of following policies clearly listed on reciept or even informing customers of them not being able to properly do returns because she didn’t order return cards she process to deny services with no explanation and was utterly disrespectful not even looking towards me when speaking and saying she don’t gotta do anything … if you don’t like your job don’t put it on other people just leave
