I had a store credit from the closure of their Charlotte location and had to call to place the order. The lady I spoke with, Tiffany, who is in charge of their online store helped with the transaction. Everything went smoothly, shipped quickly, but no mention of their return policy being different than what is viewable on the purchase page (online sales returnable within 30 days). Under the impression the jacket was returnable I proceeded with the purchase. Sadly the jacket did not fit and contacted the store to find out how to rerun at which point I was told it’s not returnable… apparently you have to dig into the fine print of their online purchase policy. The store manager agreed the website should be updated to better convey their return policy for sale items. Be sure to read the fine print when making purchases because it’s not returnable despite saying so on the purchasing page…. Screenshots of the item on their site below.

The women who work here are so snobby, condescending, rude and lack basic customer service skills. I’ve been in repeatedly and each time they have lost the business of the person I was with because their attitude was so off putting. I cannot understand why a business would function this way. Don’t you always want more customers?

I’m an interior decorator and have visited this place twice looking to source items for my clients. Each time I go in I feel unseen. I’m never greeted when I walk in and nobody ever asks if I need help. I’m guessing I don’t have the look this place caters to. You never know where your next dollar will come from when having a business. Business owner to business owner, get a more well rounded staff that has good customer service to ALL, not just rich white people. Definitely won’t be back.

This is like the snootiest Buckhead Betty store ever. All the old sales associates with face lifts and perfectly manicured fingernails chase you around the store asking if they can help you like ten times, making you feel super uncomfortable like you are a dang shoplifter or something, knowing damn well they aren’t college-educated and their rich husbands probably just demanded they get a job just to get them out of the house so they can sneak in the mistress. Thank God for internet shopping! There’s a good reason I don’t shop in store anymore. Don’t worry ladies, I bought my overpriced lamp elsewhere. Nobody likes to be chased around a store.

You can see review after review of these heifers who work here. It's the same in all locations. Their items are overpriced but their employees are in complete denial they are working retail! LOL They treat the paying customer like they're doing them a favor to walk thru the door. DO NOT BUY HERE....

If you’re a person of color they will not pay you any attention. 3 ladies didn’t even acknowledge my fiancé and I who live in the area and been looking for unique and nice pieces. They ignored us when we came in but payed attention to the lady who walked in after us. We walked in front of them to see maybe they didn’t see us but continued to ignore us. We already know why. It’s not like we aren’t well put together because we definitely are they just don’t tend to our kind.

This Buckhead boutique sells some rustic yet refined furniture but mostly focuses on accessories for the home. They also have a lovely assortment of gift items for both genders along with hostess gifts. Think beautiful scarves, unique jewelry, men's wallets, coffee table books, fragrant candles and serving dishes. Staff is friendly but oftentimes occupied with regulars scooping up gifts. Hold your purse tight and walk carefully (says the girl who almost knocked a lamp off a table due to slim pathways). #Buckhead #Shopping
