Thank you to Patrick and his team for providing top notch customer service & a high level of communication. I started out just inquiring about some items on the website and Patrick had the quickest response times to my many of inquires about different items. I finally locked my eyes on a teakwood Medium Rare Cutting Board and was instantly sold! Patrick made buying the item painless and super easy. I received the item fairly quickly and packaged well. The engraving and the quality of the cutting board is way more than I expected. It is super high quality and looks beautiful on my kitchen counter. Thank you Patrick and crew. Although the glasses came out beautifully, I am so disappointed in the service!!!! Matt told me that I could order 6 as a wholesale customer-I only got 4! I called to complain and NO ONE ever called me back. My customer was quite annoyed.
The acrylic tray was perfect - thanks!
