Does anyone work here or what ? i’ve tried calling for months and not a single answer nor a call back. this place is absolutely ridiculous, needs to be shut down or something.

Horrible service been waiting on my daughters Medicaid for over 2 months was told she'd have it within 48 hours it's been almost a week and still nothing! Can't get anyone in the phone! Worse DFCS IN GA they need to be reevaluated by the state! It's ridiculous

Worst dfcs office I have ever known!! We applied for EBT and it's been 2 months. We use to get it. Now we don't and we don't know why? We never received any papers why or no phone call from the case worker. So I will be calling main office!!

Never answer calls. Never return calls. Never send mail notifying you before your missed appointment. Useless to apply

They apparently didn't get the documents that i know i sent out last month to them and now i no longer have insurance on my child. He has a doctor appointment in less then a month. Thanks! It wont let me upload them online for some reason...

Yes this is the worst office I did a review for my stamps in November stopped by there to make sure everything was done correctly they told me yes it was now it's been over 2 months and still have not received my stamps cant talk to caseworkers and cant get her supervisor this is ridiculous
