Took my wedding dress here and I’m so heart broken … 2 weeks out from my wedding and I’m so unhappy with the outcome. I know a lot of people recommend this place for normal everyday clothes but just don’t take your wedding dress here. 😢

DO NOT take your business to this seamstress. I was sent to them by a bridal shop to have an issue with my bridesmaids dress fixed. Since they were going to be working on the dress I asked them about doing the hem too. They wanted to charge me $120 for a simple hem on my $170 dress so I told them to fix the dress but to not touch the hem of the dress. I picked the dress up today and the lady did the hem anyway and then expected me to pay the $120. I refused to pay the full amount since I specifically asked her not to do the job but since she had done the work I offered to discuss a different price and she pitched a fit. She was so rude and called me cheap to my face. I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I took my bridesmaid dress here to have it hemmed and the straps adjusted. When I picked my dress up 2 weeks later it was botched. When I tried it on the hem was crooked, the lady kept pulling at it so it would touch the floor, and my strap adjustment basically looked like she just cut and sewed without looking. It's a modified halter neckline that she was supposed to adjust so that the fabric lays flat against my skin. The back on the dress is 3-4 inches lower than the front of the dress, and instead of the strap laying like a half circle it lays in the shape of a square and the fabric is STILL hanging over. The owner, who did the fitting, wasn't even there for me to talk to and her employee could care less about my dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
