While visiting Uptown Cheapskate for the first time in Augusta, GA, my experience was very satisfying to know you are welcomed. Every store associate was very inviting and happy to help, considering how busy the store was. When I made it to the cashier to purchase my items, the cashier associates were just as friendly as well. It is such a breath of fresh air to know there are young individuals who must enjoy their job by helping people, especially when greeting and offering assistance. It’s something that is hard to find much of these days. Thank you owners/managers for having a great team of friendly and helpful employees.

My shopping experience was superb! Being able to try on the clothes before purchasing is also a huge plus, I was able to dial down exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly especially the girls running the dressing room they were super nice. I also really liked how organized and well sorted the clothes are, by size type and color like you can't get any better than that. I was personally searching for a dress/outfit for a funeral so being able to dial down the correct section I needed by color was very helpful! And last but not least the prices are pretty great but you must go on a day they are running sales well not must but it's helpful to go on a day with sale prices. Because who doesn't like a good sale haha. Anywho, my experience was fantastic and I always choose Uptown Cheapskate for all my formal and non formal events, along with casual comfy wear.

Literally so wonderful every time. Crowded or empty you always find great prices. Great brands, always clean. 1000% better than Goodwill. We're from Arizona with every option on every corner, this is close to platos closet but better deals and more variety. No kids clothes.

OMG no wonder this place has such a high rating. This was my first time at thrift store and I was blown away with their service. The cloths are well organized by size and color and the staff is super friendly. Going to visit them again.
