This Holiday needs to do a better job at maintaining the area around the pumps. DO BETTER.

Holiday. You have super lazy employees. Almost every night they put up a sign that says "RESTROOM BREAK" . They using that as an excuse to do drugs in the back. You need to fire these employees.

Was in line maybe 3mins which was pretty quick compared to the other holidays. I went to three in the last 20mins and they had what i needed. I will come back. Toni was the cashier and she was great

The manager has terrible service as well as most of the staff as I have been there during all different times of day with all the different staff recently. It’s always closing over night due to shortage of staff. Avoid this place. The W Diamond location is much cleaner with nicer staff.

To put it simple, they absolutely suck. Rarely stocked/empty shelves and dirty. Soda and coffee bar are often empty. No flavored syrup at their coffee bar... ever! Always out of lids, straws, napkin and condiments. Their customer service is very combative and if you ask if they have any cups for coffee or soda, they would rather tell you to buy their $6 plastic cup before they walk from behind their counter and stock it. Many times I have looked underneath and found the cups I need.

I suggest to find another store and skip this very inconvenient location.

I love my Jewel Lake Holiday gas station and there’s no place as convenient as this place near my house that’s opened 24/7. The service is amazing and very accommodating. And don’t mean to point this worker out, but Miranda stands out and deserves to me promoted to manager. Miranda is also easy on the eyes in the most professional and attractive way possible. Besides the point, Jewel Lake Holiday has everything I need and I wouldn’t say otherwise. Go Jewel Lake Holiday!

Inside the store is a normal holiday, bathroom is open and clean, fast service at counter, a normal pit stop for the neighborhood to fill your tank. I like it. Just avoid walking here, there's normally 1-3 sketchy people hanging outside for hours on the property at all times of the day.

I cannot put 0 stars... this store has the worst manager and customer service after a “fraudulent” mistake (seemed to be done on purpose) where they charged us with 52 dollars from the lady in front of us in line! Tried to talk several times, they offered to call back with a solution and never called. We went there twice, the first one the Poor cashier was alone (manager had disappeared and she couldn’t even help other customers and leave cash alone). We went later and only could talk by phone with a very rude manager that had no explanation or solution. Watch out when you go and get charged with others’ purchases.
