Stay away from this location not only did they not know anything about uhauls and how to return them but they charged me 105$ for a qrt tank of gas when U-Haul told me they were waiving the gas because the hurricane had all the fuel stations closed and they knew that obviously and I drove around for 3 hours trying to find an open location to drop off at. The store knew this and charged me anyways idk where 17 gallons cost 105$ but not here in Ga.

When I arrived to the location, all of the U-Haul‘s are in a field, covered in trash. I walked into the gas station, which is the U-Haul location, and the attendant behind the desk was very relaxed to say the least the guest in front of me checked out, and immediately came back in with the U-Haul being dead. He requested jumper cables and the attendant told him that he didn’t have any to go check his own truck. Afterwards I checked in and the gentleman took an extremely long time just to get me a tow dolly. He was playing on his phone the entire time scrolling through Facebook. Once he checked me in, I asked how would I get to the dolly? He told me to “pop the curb”. I went over to check the tow dolly, and it was in a location that was not easily accessible. I proceeded to go back inside and let the attendant know which then he became very disgruntled. He went outside with me and then noticed the location. The employee then proceeded to start moving it, and then very abruptly said, are you gonna help me move it or not? Afterwards he left and told me to hook up the dolly and stated that I needed to pull it around for him to take photos, the gentleman Who checked in prior to me ended up helping me hook up the tow Dolly.

Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with U-Haul. I have done three trailers in the past month and his attitude was completely unacceptable.

Unless you want to be totally screwed over I would go somewhere else. I had a uhaul reservation and they knew the trailer was not going to be there when I arrived. They did nothing… other locations had trailers but they waited until all locations were closed even though i called at least half a day in advance to remind them of rental, best yet they had a child tell me that nothing was available and offered zero help.

WARNING TO ALL THAT BUY GAS!!!! they have water in the tanks. So DO NOT BUY GAS FROM THEM...! I filled up July the 13 and right away my car started to act funny , cutting out and would not go, it died on me and had to have it towed in to dealership. After they checked it out , it was full of water, and the tank have to be dropped and cleaned out and filters and lines had to be replaced $4500.00 later it's fine. My attorney is filing suit on Monday of this week. So please do not buy gas from them....unless you want to end up like me. !!!! So you will know the little short blond guy working behind the counter laughing about The BP Station being out of gas...well they are too....just water in the tanks. Call Channel 12 and they are meeting with me Monday morning to do a report on gas stations serving water and a not gas...!

Great place to stop for lottery tickets, scratch offs, etc. Super nice staff make this THE convenience store on Wheeler Rd. Chris always goes the extra mile for his many appreciative customers.

I would like to Thank the cashier at the store Kenisha I beleive her name was for her generosity and kindness..My husband was in the burn unit and I'm not familiar with the area..She was very kind to me..She needs to honored..We stop back to see her on the way home today to say Thank you and purchased more things before we headed home..That will be the store of our choosing when we come through again..Once again Thank you Kenisha..
