While visting the valley, my 8 yr old came down with a sudden ear infection. Pharmacy choices are limited on a Saturday and I don't have a Denali Kid Care Card for him.
They first said the didn't have access to the system to verify insurance. Then admitted that they don't do that because it's not convenient for them. I spoke with 2 employees. Desiree and Michelle (pharmacist)
1st pharmacy I've ever seen act like this and the last time I will ever attempt to use them.
I called to Fred Meyer down the road and it took them all of 9 minutes to put my child in the computer as a new patient and they had no problem verifying his insurance.
Three Bears Phamacy doesn't care about patient care, they would rather be lazy and make a child suffer in pain.
