Everything was very good. I do believe that they should invest in a coffee machine where they could have espresso and latte because it’ll bring a fine finish to the place. Aside from that Janet, the employee at the register was fantastic and was super patient accommodating, and a pleasant face to represent the business……
Sunday funday coffee stop the prices are great and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice chic place

I really hate to do this review cause I have really enjoyed their food in the past.
Went there earlier this week and got a breakfast sandwich. The eggs on the sandwich were disgusting. The croissant was old, and the bacon was undercooked, The cheese was a sauce/ spread of sort, wet, and sticky. (I had this sandwich before years ago, and it was made with really eggs and was delicious.)
The ice coffee was absolutely gross! But that was my fault cause I could clearly see it was out of a machine from 1981!

I will be sticking with the doughnuts!

Such a cute breakfast spot! They have lots of sandwich options and I’ve been meaning to try the horchata latte.

Update: I came back a week later and ordered the horchata cold brew and a ham/egg/cheese croissant. My sons got a donut with cereal flakes on top

Ordered a box of doughnuts via Uber Eats a few days back and they were so stale, hard on the outside, tasted of old grease and not sweet like you’d know doughnuts to be that I wanted to drive to the place myself and throw them at whoever made them (jokingly on that part lol) but oh my, I could have honestly gotten past the overly reused grease part had they at least had some real sweetness to them. I’ve had great doughnuts before from both Hero’s and Yonutz. These were a complete miss and I would like my money back.

I'm not sure what happened here, but the donuts are not the same. The donuts were stale and did not taste good at all. Maybe old oil? Something was extremely off with the donuts. Too bad, though. I will drive further to go to another donut shop.

Such a great place. Conveniently located in the city of Austell. Staff is always nice the place is clean and the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. Then the displays are just great. And the food tastes great every item!

Dough in the Box not only has fantastic donuts, but a fantastic experience that you will love.

Every time I've ever been to DITB, which is many at this point, I'm always met by a smiling and kind staff that assists me in selecting the best, bakery fresh donuts, and quickly puts together my order. Their shop has that old timey donut shop / café feel, and the donuts themselves are absolutely phenomenal.

You cannot go wrong with Dough in the Box!!!!

Went in person to place a custom order but was told that I can't do it at the store. I was told I had to text message the main boss and which I did but she never bothered to respond or even call me and honestly I'm not surprised. Back in 2019 there was a racist incident that happened at dough in the box with a coworker who was a friend of mines and his racist white coworker who proceeded to tell my friend that "his people are so disgusting" ( keep in mind he's black) and instead of firing her for racist comments the same boss lady just swept it under the rug and dismissed the female worker for the day. Couldn't be professional back then still can't be professional now.
