We spent thousdands of dollars ordering 50 chairs and 1 arrived cracked and broken. BizChairs would do noththing to fix or replace the chair. BUYER BEWARE they DO NOT back their products! As seen in the photo, the chair was never even unwrapped or used.

I ordered the "High Back Designer Black Mesh Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Arms [BL-ZP-806-BK-GG]" The chair was delivered, fast shipping, packaged nicely, assembly required. Its been a week that i have had the chair in my home office. Since we have been on lockdown ive been using it 8-10 hrs a day. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and the price was perfect. I do have some recommendations as to assembly, use the shipping box to support the chair as you assemble it, makes it much easier. see pictures.

Product came broken. It has been two weeks and customer service hasn’t resolved my issue. I already purchased a new desk from somewhere else. I do not recommend using this site. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Zero stars!!!

Have purchased a few chairs from Bizchair and always appreciated the quality of the chairs. Most recently I got an ergonomic task chair. While the quality is still superb (it's sturdy, comfortable and truly ergonomic) the color leaves something to be desired. I ordered the green chair which appeared be a standard green on the lighter side but not pastel and what I received is pictured below. Whether it's green is questionable but there's no question it's neon and very bright. It doesn't match anything I own but since it's saving my aching back while working at home, I'm keeping it.

This was our first time ordering church chairs from them, and it went very well. Irina guided me through the entire process from church style chairs selection to the delivery process. We ordered 200 chairs with hymn racks, and we absolutely love it! Even with some chairs and racks damaged in delivery, Bizchair was very helpful and easy to work with in resolving the issues. I will definitely order from them again.

We ordered 350 Chiavari chairs from BizChair and couldn't be happier. Working with Carolina Mesa was a pleasure. They have a superior product and their sales/customer service is better than companies I have worked with.
