We hired Home Fusion to install mirrors, custom melamine closet systems, heavy glass frameless shower doors, bath hardware, door hardware and exterior shutters in our new home and we were thrilled with them from start to finish. Tim treated us like family when he came out to measure everything and design the closets and a guy named Scott installed everything, with the exception of the melamine closet systems. Scott did an excellent job and it was evident he had been doing this for a number of years because he had it down to a science. They were not cheapest, but we decided to use them based on information we gained from others, product quality and how well Tim handled the initial meeting. I highly recommend this company and we would certainly use them again if we needed any of these products in the future.

This company is awful. I moved into my new construction townhouse on January 6th which was supposed to closed on December 30th. I paid an upgrade for a frameless shower door. I moved in and had no shower door. Once the door did come in I was told they would come install on a Wednesday. No one called, no one showed up. Once I tracked down the sales agent from the builder I was told no one told me that date. I called the company and the guy said I remember telling you that but I forgot to write it down we will be out Friday. They came out Friday with the wrong size door. They ordered a new door which took more than a week to arrive. Once again they came to install the door is the wrong size. They sent to a glass cutting company and came back to install..you guessed it wrong size! I’m livid. All they keep offering is apologies yet I still don’t have a functioning shower. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Almost 2 1/2 years ago when I was building my home I asked the builder for a custom shower. The builder used Home Fusion for the job, it took them two weeks after I closed on the home to deliver my frameless shower. Fats forward to today, the shower hinges are coming apart and the shower door is not hitting on the other part of the shower. Went looking for a hinge at a glass company I have done business with in the past, they told me the hinge had a 3 year warranty on the part, Home Fusion would have to initiate the warranty. Called them up and got a a lady with a bad attitude, I told her what was wrong and she told me right off the bat that labor was not included in the warranty. She then went on to tell me she did not have receipts for the hardware even though she was driving. Maybe she uploaded all her receipts to her brain and that's how she knew. It seems kinda strange that a company that does business with CRL and knows about their warranty would not keep their receipts until at least the warranty period was up. She told me to go to my builder for the receipt. So how would the builder have they didn't order the parts?

So here is what I think..... Home Fusion is a dishonest company that wants to get over on their customers. They do not want to do warranty repairs because there is no money there. The do shoddy work and will not stand behind their products. It may look pretty now, but if you EVER need repairs they will not help you. DISHONEST practices.
