Ordered 30 starts. Some (bok choy we suspect) apparently arrived with aphids which quickly multiplied while we were away. Spent 10 hours cleaning the system and salvaging what we could. Have to start all over. Wrote to let them know about the problem. Never even got the courtesy of a reply.

Amazing experience with this company. I’ve ordered twice and they are now my go-to supplier. Seedlings arrived in the middle of a Midwest blizzard. Perfectly healthy and intact. Sheree was incredibly helpful. There was a small mixup when I placed my online order. ATL Urban Farms is fantastic! Sheree is very knowledgeable about tower gardens and is quick to offer tips. The greenhouse is a beautiful secret tucked away but is centrally located and easy to access. I have purchased from them on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future. How Atlanta Urban Farms saved my tower garden let me count the ways. I don’t know where to start. I cannot say enough about the service I received. Sheree Crowe with Atlanta Urban Farms provided service above and beyond what was expected. After I finally got my Tower Garden cleaned and my seedlings, I was ready to begin growing when I realized my timer wasn’t working. This was a catastrophe because I was going out of town that day. I could not turn the water off and it couldn’t continuously run the water. I emailed Sheree in the at like 1:00 a.m. and woke up to her response, “OH NO!” She was out of town!!! And they were actually closed. She gave me suggestions on what I could try. Ultimately, she said she believed someone was there and if I could come pick up the timer she would make it happen. I was able to pick up my timer and when I got back in town my Tower Garden was thriving.

What is impressive about Atlanta Urban Farms and Sheree is that I had spent the last week and half cleaning my Tower Garden and getting it operational again. I purchased my seedlings for the Tower Garden from Atlanta Urban Farms as well. This is actually where exceptional customer service began. Since I’m local I wanted to pick up my seedlings or actually have someone else pick them up for me and then we would meet for me to get my seedlings. I needed a pick up day of Wed instead of Tue and Sheree’ accommodated the request. Then the persons who was picking up the seedlings ended up having a scheduling conflict so I needed to change the day back to Tuesday. Sheree accommodated that request. Then I needed a later time. Once again Sheree accommodated that request. With all the back and forth Sheree was ALWAYS more than pleasant and professional. Thank you Sheree and Atlanta Urban Farms for ALL of your assistance.

Great place to go for help, technical assistance and a wide variety of seedlings for Tower Gardens - a vertical aeroponic growing system. These folks are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I've been here a few times and every time there is something new to see. They are now hosting small private gatherings and events in the greenhouse area. Definitely a great source to get started and keep growing - we will be back again for sure !
