By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone there is focused on making it easy and not drawing out the process like most dealers do. Jeff was also the best sales guy I've ever had and made the process super easy and relaxing. I would say from picking the car and test driving it was the longest part. The paperwork probably took me an hour to be out the door.

Great experience. Sometimes these really large dealers don't care about you because it's a numbers game. That is not the way they are at Akins Ford and especially with Jeff.

Also they never tried to sell me on any gimmicks or weird kind of protection stuff. Just the basic warranty a couple additional longer warranties if I wanted them but there was no pressure.

Love these guys and will buy again.

Alan took great care of me on my purchase, process was amazing, he made every single step easy, made us feel appreciated, all in all got us in what we wanted did not run around he kept us in the loop most importantly got me just what i wanted. Noe in finance is super, sealed the deal just as we needed. Will definitely come back for our next vehicle, and refer friends and family. Thank you Akins, a 4 hour drive well worth it.

This was my first experience with the Akins mobile service unit And I must say, I am a satisfied customer. I needed my vehicle serviced for the first time since it was purchased so they changed the oil, rotated the tires, checked the fluids, checked the tread on my tires and updated the sync software.

I was contacted by technician Tymel to let me know, they were leaving the dealership headed my way, and arrived in a timely manner. Introductions were made, and trainee Calvin was assisting. Both were friendly, personable and professional. Tymel answered all of my questions and I tend to have a lot.

Having this mobile service available sure saved me time on the road and I live over an hour away from Winder, as well as time at the dealership then travel back home.

We have used Akins in Winder for all our vehicles. They are by far the most accommodating and realistic. Our go to guy is Mr. Ray Bramlett. He takes the time get to know his buyers and really cares about your needs. He is always going to shoot you straight! I can’t say enough good things about Ray. Be sure to ask for him next time you need a car!

Financing is never really the fun part when buying a car. You always hope for someone who can help you understand the process. To Christian Egizio we were not just another customer buying a car. He was happy to help answer all questions and give us some pointers as we go forward in buying cars in the future. Very knowledgeable and kind. Overall we were pleased with our experience yet again! After a three month ordeal, I finally got my car fixed!

What should have been a 3/4 day fix ended up stretching out over three months due to one careless error by the tech who replaced my radio screen and damaged my dash in the process. While I am grateful that the situation was made right in the end, this should have never happened to begin with. The communication was lacking, and I felt that my time was not valued.
