The customer service skills are great. The team members are very fashionable and not just there to make a dollar. If something is wrong or doesn’t look good on you, they will be honest and tell you. I love that about all Hibbett employees.

The store is being remodeled, how ever I had to shop from a table. Think management should’ve came up with a better way for customers to shop. The store looked like a clutter box! However, The staff still was very nice and helpful.

You can tell most of the employees are resellers because anytime you touch or ask to buy anything worth over $10. They get upset & they seem to never have any leftovers on releases because they backdoor stock(allegedly)
