My nails look incredible every single time and they are always what I ask for! They also are well done and good quality and will last me up to three weeks!

Received a gift card from my sister-in-law so decided to give this place a try. I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I took 3 children to get a kids pedicure and their finger nails painted for back to school (one got gel polish). It was $90 and took less than 30 minutes each. Went to check out and had the gift card for $45 so it made the hit a little less painful. But when I presented the certificate the lady very rudely told me it was expired. I took it back to review and seen at the bottom it does in fact say “expires 6 months after purchase.” So I apologetically said “I’m so sorry, I couldn’t make out the date and didn’t see that on the bottom, it’s only a month later, is there anyway you can honor it?” She again, very rudely tried to argue with me stating it was actually 2 months (wrong!, purchase date was 12/28/20). So I asked if there was any way she could even give me half the credit. She was less than helpful or accommodating. Again, I get it, the certificate was a month and 6 days expired, but I feel this was very bad customer service. Won’t be back!

I went in for a gel pedicure but I guess there a small miscommunication and they also did a manicure for me. I didn’t mind and got both, everyone was sweet and they did a great and when I had to check out it was only 80 dollars so I was satisfied for the overall experience:)

I heard this place was under new management so I thought I'd give it a try. I was charged $60.00 for a simple SNS. $10 for a "manicure." Doesn't every nail place clip cuticles before applying SNS powder? On the bright side there was no one there at 2:30 on a Saturday so absolutely no wait time. My nails really look fabulous and the shop was super clean! However I won't be returning because the of price.

Update: I specifically asked for short. I'm good. I can get my cuticles clipped, SNS with a shape for $40 in Clarksville. After I tipped your worker it was a total of $67.00. I could have got a Pedi too at that cost. Just FYI.
