I realize that flowers can be substituted, but we honestly received the ugliest bouquet of flowers ever that looked absolutely nothing like what we requested. The name of the bouqet was Cool Tones first of all. It wasn't for a Christmas occasion but a sympathy gift, and yet they took it upon themselves to add Christmas decor/plants, and the vase had a snowflake and was also ugly. If it's gonna end up looking that drastically diff, they need to contact you first. This is what $93 got us--What we ordered vs what we got:

Can’t recommend them enough! I worked with Katelynn for my wedding bouquet and the arbor piece and everything turned out incredible! Communication was easy, she understood exactly what I wanted and truly exceeded any dream or expectation I ever had!

Beautiful arrangements & anytime we call they are able to put something together for us! The flowers always look fresh, Nicole always makes sure of this!!! Love the gifts they carry they have something for everyone! They will contact you & make sure everything is correct if you have an issue, but we have not had one with anything! I have also used her hand made cards & everyone loves them!

I purchased a beautiful flower arrangement from this shop. They were helpful and very polite. The arrangement was beautiful, it has been over a week and the flowers still look amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I also purchased a candle from them as well. The wick was high quality and the candle burned very evenly. Overall great experience.
