Oh my goodness! I called Carroll's just to get a quote for a load of soil for our school garden at John Hopkins Middle School. Spoke with Bryan and right away he said he would have our soil there first thing in the morning. The huge, beautiful bright green truck load of fresh soil was delivered early this morning! The students were so excited! Thanks Bryan and Carroll's!

Rude and unwelcome vibe throughout entire store. Asked for price on antique sideboard and was told it isn’t priced yet and won’t be till Thursday Sept 19 during pop up market. Today is Sept 13. 2nd time to try this business and same unwelcome atmosphere. Take your business elsewhere as they don’t want yours.

Went today with about a $1500 budget. Was told Dave could assist with my outdoor plans. Seemed disinterested. Not very talkative. Didn’t have much variety to offer. The plants looked pretty bad. Taking my business to Dothan.

Other than quality plants, they have a furniture showroom filled with vintage pieces, some from abroad, And stylish, quality pictures & home decor. Friendly & helpful staff. 5 stars from me!

Carroll’s Nursery has phenomenal prices, knowledgeable staff, and a great variety of plants to choose from. As a bonus, they also have a furniture store with lots of cute home decor options! So whether you need to spruce up your indoor or outdoor areas, go to Carroll’s. Believe me, their prices and quality are a league ahead of some of the other nurseries in the area!

Watched me coming in out the window and just about stopped me at the front door as if I wasn't welcome. He held a conversation but basically I felt not welcome. My family and I want be coming there ever again. This place do not know how to run a business because what they failed to realize is that customers is always first without them you can't have one. You can tell there not used of having something new after getting this new building built.

I had my dog with me and as we were just beginning to walk the exterior an employee confronted me. By the looks she kept giving my dog, I felt he wasn’t welcome and felt obligated to take him back to my car to finish looking. I even made a comment and she didn’t say anything to make me feel otherwise. The houseplants are beautiful and healthy, but I won’t be shopping here.

This place was amazing. They had what I was looking for, Lemon Grass 🍋 and helped me choose plants. Then when I went inside to pay, a wonderful world of refurbished furniture was there! I left with a dresser, some clutter catchers for hubby's wallet, keys, etc. And the plants! Highly Recommend!
