My mother was looking to purchase a new Mega Motion lift chair and we were having trouble locating anywhere that had some available where she could go and physically try to see how they fit/felt. We had called other dealers and no one answered the phone. I called Mattress USA and spoke with Dan. He was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of information over the phone. We live almost 2 hours away from Dothan, but we were so impressed with the phone service that we decided to go see them. We were very pleased with the wonderful customer service given by Dan and Ronda. They had a great selection of lift chairs to choose from. My mother was able to try them out and we actually ended up purchasing 2 chairs. The delivery guys did a wonderful job setting them up and the whole experience was extremely pleasurable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for lift chairs or mattresses. You go as a customer and leave as friends!

I have back and hip issues and needed a new bed. We went to Mattress USA and we bought a temper pedic mattress and it has helped so much. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Dan and Ronda Corley, along with their son-in-law Andrew Bath, work with you to find just the right mattress to fit your physical need, while keeping the cost within your budget.

In preparing for all of our family to be home again this Christmas season, they were able to help us get 2 bedrooms completely furnished just in time for our family’s arrival! Delivery was quick and the delivery men were courteous, respectful and diligent to make sure everything was set up like we needed before they left us.

This place make you feel like you are family at this place soon as you walk in. They even gave me a free mattress protector. And then today I got this sweet card with some tea attached to it. I will never go anywhere else to get a mattress from, and I will send anybody I know that is looking for a mattress over there. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We would highly recommend Mattress USA for your bedding needs. We bought a mattress that didn’t work out and they did everything right to make it right. They came and inspected the first mattress and Andrew worked with us to exchange for another model. They were only concerned with ensuring we had what was right for us and were satisfied. We have been needing a new mattress for quite some time, but kept putting it off because we dreaded hearing the sales pitches and being hassled around the store. Well, we decided it was time and we should just get it over with… we decided to go to Mattress USA first and I am SO glad we did!! Sheri was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable. We ended up buying a mattress. We left talking about how easy it was and can’t believe we didn’t just go to them sooner. Never once did we feel pressured or like we were being handled.
