I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Plato’s Clothing Store, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

The store itself is beautifully organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. But what truly stood out was the incredible assistance I received from the staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the products but also genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect outfit. They took the time to understand my style preferences and offered fantastic suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

I also appreciated how attentive they were without being pushy, allowing me to browse at my own pace while still being available for questions or assistance whenever I needed it.

Overall, my visit to Plato’s was a delightful experience, and I left feeling not only with great new clothes but also with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish clothing and exceptional customer service. I can’t wait to return!

**Plato's Closet is a fashion treasure trove!**

Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the incredible selection of gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories. The organization of this location is superb. Everything is sorted by type and color. It isn’t overwhelming to walk in like at some other locations. They even have a large selection of male items, which I feel many locations lack. The 50% off clearance was a super plus.

When my husband & I visited this past Wednesday, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making shopping a breeze. Great conversation & recommendations. Even held our items while we shopped.

I love that they’re selective about the quality of items they buy, so I know I’m always getting something that looks practically new at a fraction of the retail price.

If you're into sustainable fashion and love finding great deals, Plato's Closet at Trussville is a must-visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking to refresh their wardrobe without breaking the bank!

I have visited several Plato's Closet in Alabama and Georgia and this has been by far the most expensive one yet. They have OK variety including Lululemon, but rather than a thrift store if feels like buying the clearance section of a store only that you're getting used clothes. It's just OK...

As a tenured successful business owner in the greater Birmingham area, it is very rare that I find the need to give such gratitude And thanks as I feel the need to do regarding Plato‘s closet in Trussville. As my local Plato‘s closet was a little overbooked I said why not try Plato‘s in Trussville and although they were a little over capacity, she said bring them on and we will see what we can do for this. I just wanna say thank you thank you and thank you. I will forever be a customer and trussville is lucky to have you guys!!

Only one person here was ever kind to me and she was out yesterday when I was there. My experience in her absence was the most discriminatory experience. Left the things I was going to buy and will not return. Horrible management

My clothes were very neatly folded, organized by the item, and were in a plastic tote and large plastic hamper. When I picked them up they were just tossed in a pile back in the containers carelessly. Everything was wrinkled terribly. The items they did take were in like new condition and I was offered $55 for 6 things (3 of them being Kate Spade leather goods). Very disappointed! Not worth the effort.

I felt like me and a friend were scammed…they acted interested in my clothes a week ago and said the brand didnt matter, wrong!!! I got in there and it was nike, adidas, top dollar clothing and i took a storage tub full of clothes and a friend took a huge ziplock suitcase full and they only paid us $10 and $13 for two or three items each and gave the rest all back and claimed they were overstocked for a while now!! I wound up yelling at one of the employees! Its like why couldnt you tell me this a week ago and why only take two items when i lived an hour away and it already took what was supposed to be 2-3 hours took 4 1/2 to do! Never supporting here again
