I visited this store today. It was a great experience all the way around. Jonathon was great. He had several mattresses available for me to try, which I did. He thoroughly explained them to me. I was shown the box springs I had mentioned to him. He even pulled one out and set it up for me to try. I was appreciative for that since it was the one I ended up buying. After making my decision we set proceeded to make arrangements for delivery. And then we talked for a while. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and his area. I enjoyed the conversation also. It was not a bad drive from Madison. I highly recommend DropBox is you need a mattress. It was well worth the short drive I made to receive the service I got. Thank you Johnathon. Go do business with this man and his business.

Well I was first impressed with the in-store customer service. No heavy sales pitch, good stock to choose from and Johnathan was very knowledgeable about his product. He even offered a free nap😂. Moreover, the delivery was as impressive. Polite, on-time, and set the bed up in no time. Drop box —Rogersville was worth the drive from Huntsville and gets a five plus rating from me. If you need a new mattress Johnathan or his wife at Drop Box are your people!

I needed a mattress for my son's room in a house that we just moved into. I had previously been into another local retailer and found his number on a public bulletin board there.
I called the number attached and told the person who answered what I was looking for. I made the short 20 minute drive to Rogersville from Athens and was warmly met at the door of the store by Jonathan, the owner. He helped me select a good mattress that was in my budget. He loaded it up for me and I got it home and onto the bed frame. My son absolutely loves his new bed and especially his new mattress from Box Drop. I'll be back there and I'll definitely be telling more people to go there too. It was a great experience!

Felicia and Jonathan were amazing to work with! When I first went in to look at their mattresses, Felicia helped me and I found the perfect mattress.Then when my mattress came in and I was unable to pick it up the same day because of work, Jonathan was more than willing to meet me so I could go ahead and get it. Jonathan and Felicia are both so kind and more than willing to work with you to make sure you are getting what you are looking for in a mattress. I cannot recommend going to see them enough! I would give them more than 5 stars if Google would let me!

Jonathan was great to work with! I sent him a message telling him what I was looking for, and he pointed out the mattresses for us to look at as soon as we walked in the store.
