Their hours are not reliable. The hours on google and storefront show that they open at 10 but, more often than not, there will not be someone there until 1030-11. I actually stopped coming here for awhile because of this issue and thought to give them another try today. It is now 1035 and I can see now that nothing has changed.

My son and I were looking for some ice cream and saw Ed's. While the distinct odor upon entering the store may have been a bit surprising, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The store itself was kept relatively clean, and the display of ice cream options made choosing our treats a breeze (even though we couldn't see inside the containers). My son liked his cherry slushie, and while my pistachio ice cream was good, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. All in all, I'd give this place a six out of 10, but the variety of options and friendly staff still make it worth a visit!

I come by daily, first thing you should admire is the clean atmosphere. original layout and not your typical water store. Great shopping plaza, great location. Also I’m done I’ll give them a 10 out of 10

This is the 2nd time coming into this place since Monday and there is No Shaved Ice. The guy operating the shop told us, here for shaved ice? Oh I just got the replacement machine, I don’t have it set up. We told him we’d be back. After a long day of landscape work I figured I’ll see if I can cool down with some promised Shaved Ice. The same guy was operating the shop and asked here for Shaved Ice? Yeah, I just got the machine. Really?! It’s been days, and you gave me that same excuse Monday. Who’s really managing this place? You’re losing out on customers because of this guy that can’t figure out customer service.
