Decent prices and some decent staff. Customer service varies widely based on the person you get. Glass looks cool but you should inspect it under a microscope before taking it out because you will be left hanging. It's just unfortunate because the one employee wanted to help, but him offering a solution was stepping on the toes of the other employee apparently. Parking leaves a LOT to be desired. It's not a bad shop, but there's tons like it around so I'd roll the dice somewhere else next time.

Alex is the nicest and kindest tender I’ve ever met in my entire life. She makes sure I get exactly what I need and is so patient and understanding when I take my time. She always gives the best suggestions on vape flavors and other products!! Alex is by far the best employee, I’d make sure to come when she’s working if I were you.
