My family was in Flagstaff for a marching band competition in October of 2023. We visited Babbitt's Backcountry store where I purchased a shirt. BUT, this shirt wasn't just any shirt. It had a picture of a dog wearing a sombrero on it and it looked just like my dog, Libby. You can say Libby is my therapy and she means so much to me. I rescued Libby when she was 4.5 months old and she will be 7 this year. Libby and I were in a pretty bad car accident together in 2022, so we definitely share a strong bond. Well, I recently had a cleaning mishap and soft scrub bleached my favorite shirt. I was SO bummed about it and couldn't just stop by the store to get another one as we live about 3 hours away. I sent an email to Babbitt's, where I received an immediate response. I spoke with Matt and he was happy to help me out and ship new shirts to me. I purchased 5 more shirts for my family and myself. Great store. Lots of good clothing, footwear, hiking stuff, etc. I wanted to take it all home! They have a very nice selection of jackets, shirts, and pants. I love that they carry Anetik stuff. They are also cool enough to give free stickers to customers.

Fun store for outdoor clothing and equipment. Babbitt is a renowned name in these here parts. Nice supply of sandals, caps and hats, and tee shirts. Shoes, books, and maps not so well inventoried. Come in to browse. Given the time to shop around, I usually find something to my liking. Closes at 8.

We came in here on my graduation trip and I purchased the coolest souvenir shirt. Fast forward a few months and I lost the shirt kayaking. So I called Babbitt’s and described the shirt to them with request to have one mailed since I live two states over. They were able to take my card over the phone and promptly sent me a replacement shirt along with some awesome stickers! Thank you Babbitts!

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a shop dog, so you know it's already a great store. The store had tons of selections and a lot of local artists and local vendors that retail at that store. Not to mention, free stickers! When you're in town, make sure to visit!
