Went by for routine maintenance on my car. The service was exceptional! It checked all the boxes of what I'd look for in good service: Prompt, attentive, didn't try to upsell me on things I knew I didn't need, and they had good attitudes!

Additionally, I've noticed that the shop and area maintenance around the store has been improved. The shrubs were trimmed up, the directional arrows painted on the ground outside were repainted, and I saw some employees cleaning up near the dumpster area with brushes and soapy water!

Service aside (and it was good service), it is refreshing to see the management there understands that any business that looks good performs well, too.

Kudos to all involved! I'd happily recommend the store to my friends!

I went to this Jiffy Lube on 4/21/2025 to have my oil changed before a trip. The next morning, after driving about five miles down the interstate, I heard a loud scraping noise, pulled over, and discovered my skid plate had partially detached and was bent because it was scraping on the ground. The staff had evidently not fully reattached it when they changed my oil. I returned to the business where they bent the skid plate back and attached it with a zip tie. The staff apologized and said they would have the manager contact me. He never did.

When I contacted them again, the staff member I talked to told me that the manager had 'decided' they had made an attempt to reattach my skid plate and that it was no longer their problem.

They put me in a hugely dangerous situation where I had to lie on my back on the side of the interstate (with semis going 80 past me) and damaged my car, and then said it wasn't their problem.

Avoid this business.
They are not safe and they are not honorable.

Well where do I start, positives, friendly and professional staff, and quick service once my truck was in the bay.

Negatives…I don’t ever take my vehicle to a service station for an oil change that I can do myself for 1/4th the cost, but I’m 1,200 miles from home and had no choice but to trust someone to do it for me.

After services were completed I stopped in the parking lot, popped the hood and used a flashlight to check the drain plug and oil filter. As I was watching the oil filter, I noticed an oil drip from the filter canister about every 2 - 3 minutes. I did not want to get back on the road and drive 1,200 miles back home and have something catastrophic occur so I asked the tech to take a look at it. He said he didn’t see what I was pointing out to him and said the oil drips on the skid plate were already there, but said he would take it back to the bay and take the skid plate off and take a look.

He said he took the skid plate off again, tightened the canister and sprayed the area with water, but didn’t clean the oil from the skid plate.

When I do the oil change myself, I remove the skid plate completely and there is never oil on it when I go back to do another oil change. The manager, Thomas, said he did the oil change himself and said he partially removed the skid plate and used a device to lean against the skid plate as a type of funnel to let the oil drip from the filter area, saying there was still oil that pooled up from the funnel device. This didn’t make sense. If the oil was pooled up on the skid plate, then why did I see oil drips dripping onto the skid plate? Of course managers try to put your mind at ease by saying EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE, but he’s not the one driving back 1,200 miles home.

Update: 4/23/2025.

Well, when removing the skid plate to access my oil filter, I find one of the bolts very difficult to remove, and after removing it, I find that it was cross threaded when it was put back on during the last oil change at this location, as seen in the photo. One bolt shiny revealing the damaged threads and the other is for comparison.

Also, when I removed the oil filter, I removed a piece of plastic from the canister. Who knows where this plastic came from! If you know nothing about basic car care then this establishment might look like a a place that treats customers well and do good work. But when you know what to look for them you see the real results, poor work quality.

I got an oil change for my Sprinter van and received excellent service. The gents that work there are top notch and very professional. Their attention to detail serves as a reminder of the excellence that exists in the community. Also vacuumed my van and cleaned my windows as a bonus without me even asking for it! That’s awesome! I would give this location a 10/10 Great job!!!!

Jiffy Lube always has great customer service and care. The oil change is fast and convenient and reasonably priced. They are always kind to point out any other issues they find, provide you with info for what it takes to fix it, but never pressure you to have it done with them.

3/8/25(afternoon hours).
I pulled up outside and no one came out of the back to greet as they typically do. I finally reversed back to a parking spot and went inside. The guy was on the phone. Long call…. Understandable so I waited. Once he finally acknowledged me it was obvious that customer service skills were lacking and that I’d be better off driving across town to the other Jiffy lube. So, I did and the guys at the other location were much more prompt and helpful.

Shoutout to Thomas Deveraux and the team at Jiffy Lube! Super helpful and kind. They did a full synthetic oil change and replaced both my cabin and air filters—quick and easy. Great service all around!

I would recommend them to anyone and will be back to get my oil changed. I had my oil changed at a different shop closer to my house in my Mercedes Sprinter, and they overfilled it leading to lights on my dash. I was very thankful Jiffy Lube was able to get us in right away and quickly take care of the issue. They communicated everything that was done and were very friendly!
