The postal annex here is the best with friendly and efficient staff and the location is so convenient rather than going all the way into Flagstaff to their main post office. Silver Saddle staff are always friendly and the place is so clean. The gas prices are very competitive also. It's a great stop for gas, propane, snacks, drinks and fun stuff for kids as you pass through. Look for the wild iron mustang on the corner of Silver Saddle and Hwy 89.

Normally staff is pretty nice and what not bit today..... so they have some of the best propane fill up prices in town and they refused to fill up because of the "wind".... there is a light breeze. I'm pissed because I drove out of town to get some and have to drive somewhere else now as well....

Rude & filthy dirty disgusting gas station. The gas pump was broken and after I paid $35 with no gas and 30 minutes of being ignored they would not refund me and I did not even get my gas. Not one apology for the inconvenience and 30 min out of my drive time. Unbelievably frustrating and horrible experience, those women were just awful.

While I enjoy the convenience of the location and the incredibly lacking selection of items they carry, it seems being rude is a prerequisite to work here. Every single time I’m in here (several times a week), the girls behind the counter are incredibly rude and completely lacking in customer service skills. They can’t be bothered to say hello to customers, they’ve actually said nasty things to me about my business (unbeknownst to them, I’m the owner of the business they so ardently say mean things about), they shove your items back at you after ringing them up, and are just overall incredibly rude. I’ll drive the extra mile to the chain gas station from now on.

A great store for things you may(or may not) need. Local items, a community bulletin board, contract postal office where the staff is very kind and efficient, especially Vanessa and Jordan. The prices are competitive, so buy local when you can!
