Mountain Sports Flagstaff is an amazing store, and their associates are too! They carry a lot of Patagonia merchandise, and that was what attracted me. They also have a lot of other cool stuff too. The shop itself is beautiful inside, and it’s a pleasure to shop there.

The associates were all kind, patient, knowledgeable and quite helpful.

I called them about a month after we made large purchases there, and wanted to make another one, based on info a new associate gave me. Unfortunately, the well-intending associate gave us misinformation, but April, the manager, honored what her associate said. April was also very nice and eager to help. She said she’d ship my purchase out the next day, but instead, it went out the same day I called!

I can’t say enough good about this shop and the associates! In closing, I highly and enthusiastically recommend Mountain Sports Flagstaff!

A must stop shop in downtown Flagstaff! Terrific selection of clothing - casual/outdoor vibe- and really friendly staff. If you’re on the hunt for something to look good in while out and about in the woods or in town, check it out.

I love it when I walk in a store and staff greet every other customer except me.

My conclusion is generally the same: I am not the same color as the other people in the store that they greated.

The service was amazing! The products were all high quality and described well. I really appreciated how they had tons of local artists retail their products in the store, and the selection was never short. The value is high-end, but worth it. But once, cry once; for the warranty is lifetime (or at least a year).

Great place for souvenir clothing. I was a tourist and the staff was very engaging and friendly…trying out different clothing, I left my glasses there and totally forgot about it…the staff was so good to mail the glasses to me my home nice and easy. Good store, good people.

Whenever I’m in town visiting family, I always make sure to stop by Mountain Sports. The selection of outdoor gear is a bit more upscale than the other outdoor shops in town, with some excellent Patagonia offerings that are hard to find in person. There’s also a great sale section in the back. What really sets Mountain Sports apart is the incredible service we receive every time we stop in. Thank you for all the hard work you put in to make our shopping experience so fantastic!!
