One of best thrift stores in Prescott. Actually there are two stores next to each other. The store on the west side has a wider range of all kinds of things, tightly packed, but well organized, with kitchen items, tools, household items, crafts, sports gear, DVDs, and clothing. The store on the east side has a bit higher quality furnature, art, clothing, kitchen, sets of dinnerware, and a book section, all well organized. Prices are great on both stores for economy minded shoppers. Daily specials abd special prices on selected books. All items from local donations, most of staff are volunteers.

Unfortunately, they throw away A LOT of really good donations especially at the end of the week (I found a brand new pair of furry Crocs, brand new clothes, lots of nice valuable vintage items, etc), and to make it worse, they started locking their dumpster so that nobody can enjoy it and it all ends up taking up space and rotting in the landfill. Probably because some snapper heads made a big mess. Thanks a lot for ruining it for everyone.

(See Photos) My son purchased a used couch from Noah. They went to pick it up this morning and when they lifted it onto our truck they saw that the whole support beam was broken in pieces and the support straps were broken. This damage was hidden under a zippered cloth cover so they would not know when they purchased unless they turned it upside down. My son talked to the manager who was cold, rude and indifferent. She didn’t even go look at the couch. Instead, she refused to refund him sounding like a robot. Acted like she couldn’t care less about a hard working young person trying to furnish their home.

The one positive in this was when they got the couch to the garage and looked at the damage more closely inside the under cushion area they found remnants of a previous BED BUG infestation. They were dead thank goodness but how disgusting! In the trash it went and my son lost his money and the couch. Thank goodness he didn’t bring it into his home.Buyer beware!! Double check and triple check what you purchase here because this business doesn’t inspect what they sell for high prices to boot!

This is one of the friendliest thrift stores in Arizona. Great prices, lots of variety and smiles that are always genuine. The staff loves volunteering here. The bucks they get for your donations go a long way to animals that need our help. Thank you Noah. You are making this world a better place.

Very nice lady’s at the counter. But by far the rudest “manager” I’ve ever met. Looking at an item and asking about its testing and return policy the sweet ladies at the counter recommended that I speak with a manager about price. They also told me that this item would be on sale on Tuesday. I have many times in this store had deals on items that had questionable functionality, so I had no problem waiting to speak to the manager. The lady in a pink shirt (the “manager”)came up and said very rudely they never negotiate price. I kindly said I had spoken to associates in the past and we talked and based on the situation discounts have been given. This so called manager did not even find out what the situation was before rudely pointing to a sign and then storming off like a small child. Mind you this person was an adult in their 60s or 70s . I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in a store as I was today. This complete lack of customer service was repulsive. The most frustrating part was that the associates recommended that I speak with her about a price, only to be treated horribly by the person they told me to see for this exact reason. I thought customer service was important in retail, but it appears not at NOAHs thrift in Prescott AZ. ☹️

This is my favorite small thrift store in Ventura. Prices are right, they often have good sales, and there is always something good to find. It's slightly cluttered but there is a lot of turnover and very friendly staff.
