My husband & I visited this awesome bookstore today with our small dogs. The employees were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. They were so good with our pups. This store has so much more than books and it is fairly large. We found some great magnets. There’s an adorable reading nook for kids. Highly recommend checking out Peregrine Book Company next time you’re in downtown Prescott. We can’t wait to go back.😊📚

This book store is beautifully laid out and has a ton of books! I love how they are split in sections and even has a comic book section! It was my first time here but I will definitely be back when I come up here to Prescott. 5 star all the way! Please visit this gem of a bookstore when you guys have time!

Incredibly charming, cozy, and welcoming little bookstore. Fantastic assortment of both books and bookish items. I especially loved the selection of natural history books.
Everything was laid well and the store was easy to navigate. I wish I lived locally and could support them more often- for now, I will have to be content with visiting on day trips.

This local bookstore is wonderful. The staff is very funny and it has a large selection of books, journals and gifts for anyone. When it’s busy, you can be a little cramped in the store, it’s just the way the stacks are. However, this is not enough to deter me or many other people who frequently shop here. Can’t wait until my next trip!

Great book store! The staff and their service are beyond great. From manga to classic novels, they have it all. And if they don't, they will get it for you.

One of my favorite book and comic stores in the world. I don't live in the area anymore but visit often and always try to make a trip to Peregrine when I'm in town. They have an outstanding selection of books, comics and accessories, and very friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance is unique and feels very much like a book store should, in my opinion.

Was not the audience that I was looking for.

I am an adult and still do not appreciate public shaming.

There is a bag policy, that is not very specific and I guess after 18 visits with the same bag, mine is no longer allowed. YOU should have a posting of exact sizing allowed, like at the airports.

Instead of just explaining that the sign was on the door that I never saw until today.

She went on and on and on very loudly about why I would not bring in my bag today. How you have had a lot of theft in the last year and implied how with my large handbag, I was one of those who stole.

Get cameras, have your employee's walk around the store offering to help others instead of just hanging out behind the counter! ( Shinkage is not my problem and customer service helps to keep this under check!)

She also mentioned about, how I could just leave my purse on the counter. The purse that had all my personal possessions to include a lot of cash. What happens if I leave it with them and my cash comes up missing What happens then...

I had a 8 person audience, who all stood and watched the procession, staring at me and my daughter, being scolded loudly ( book-store loud) about why I would not be allowed in.

And how they hoped that they would not loose my business.

All said with my 10 year old was disappointed and embarrassed with the whole exchange. She said as much and could not figure out why the lady was mad.

The sign needs to be larger and everyone's hand bag should not be allowed...And everyone should have this rule apply to them not just a select few.

When I’m in a new town I love checking out local book stores. This one stole my heart ❤️ absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the kids section
