BUYERS BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS HERE. Bought queen sheets and on tags were marked queen well got home and washed them and they wouldn’t fit. Took back to store and was told since I took tag off and didn’t put back on they could only refund 1 dollar. I would stay away from here because they make there own rules as they go and lady was even happy about it. Crazy

Great new location. The building is brand new, and organized nicely on the inside. Most Goodwill’s I have been in have a distinct smell, and this one does not, which I thought was good. The scent of some others can be overwhelming at times, so to go into a neutrally odored store was refreshing.

We already know Goodwill is such a scam but this one is ridiculous. I was a frequent customer here but their prices are astronomical and ridiculous. $20 SHEIN dress Their prices are higher than buying the thing brand new from the original store.

Nice Goodwill with fair prices, nice selection, and friendly staff. No fitting rooms however. Happily bought a few items with a coupon today so I felt like I was getting a good deal.

Make sure to check all items before purchasing. Paid for a Christmas tree.Assuming they had already checked it that the lights worked. Asked cashier about as I was paying. She plugged it in & it Didn't work. She then told me I couldn't get my $ back because it was Xmas item. I asked for the manager. Ultimately, I did get my $ back, but the young, dark-haired associate was Rude!!

I'm not sure who was responsible for arranging this store, but the aisles are so close together that you can barely squeeze by other people, and if you have a cart, you literally take up the entire aisle. The parking lot is horrendous, and the racks are packed so tightly that you can't even get an item off of it. Whoever designed that should find a new job because organization clearly isn't their strong suit.

Just found out that Goodwill is now charging .10 per bag. I bought $30 worth of stuff, you would think they could give me a bag to carry my stuff out. $20 in glassware. The cashier asked me if I wanted a bag, I looked at her kind of puzzled and replied, "yes, please", That is when she told me it would be .10. I asked her, how would I carry this all out if I did not get a bag? I asked do you have a box, she said no. Then she told me she did not have newspaper to wrap my items in......do not California my Arizona.
