I've been coming here the last couple months to play MtG Commander on Wednesday nights, and it's always a blast! I only knew a couple of people when I came in, but now know most of the store by name. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming, and have decks of varying power levels who are more than happy to teach you how to play, if you'd like.
I know on the weekends they have events for tabletop games like 40K and some WW2 one that I haven't seen before, but can't say for much else (I rarely go on other days. There's a lot of seating and open tables, snacks for purchase, board games, card shop supplies, and they were recently selected to stock minis for the new Halo tabletop, I believe.
I recommend attending the events and look forward to meeting you

Pending deal, sold on eBay and a quote “More money, no deal was made and eBay it is moving” posted after an offer was made and was told “out of town I’ll get back to you” Extremely disappointed. Would not purchase from a person that is not honest in his dealings.

This is a great place to hang out and game. Friendly community, excellent staff, and plenty of products to choose from. The store owner is super helpful and involved in the community. 10/10 would recommend.

Great game store in northern Arizona. Friendly staff and welcoming regular customers. Found a nice variety of Pokemon and Magic cards to add to my collection. Impressed with the clean bathrooms and good parking.

Family-Friendly store with a great gaming community and caring owner. They have a constantly growing inventory and ability to special order products for you. The gaming tables are free and the players are friendly.

Awesome LGS. Plenty of Table space to go around, reasonably priced snacks/drinks/cards. First time I went there, John (the owner) noticed I had a Navy Federal debit card and gave me my veterans discount. Will happily give Alpha Fortress more of my time and business in the future.

Alpha Fortress Games is a clean, well run shop and I had a blast visiting there recently. I hope that I can find more reasons to stop by, staff was courteous and kind. The whole experience was top notch, thank you!

Awesome game store. Owner is an absolutely amazing guy. I have played there multiple times and it ead an awesome experience every single time.
