Would not recommend. Ralph is nice. But employees D and M may have sticky fingers, if you know what I mean, and are unprofessional. Also had to keep asking about money due.

Caveat emptor
I bid online for items listed showing photos and won several lots. When I went to pick up my purchases, one lot was missing. I was told someone else was mistakenly given my item, but I was assured, they would retrieve that item. I called and emailed Mr. Harris at least five times, he did not return a call or text.

A month later, he discovered his company made a mistake and put the photos of an item with an incorrect description, which he sold to me. Finally, his reply, ‘my bad, sorry’, he did not make it right – no refund.
The phrase “caveat emptor” is Latin for “let the buyer beware.”

I was searching for a company to help us out, from Michigan, as my mother was going to have to downsize and move. Ralph answered the phone, immediately, and took the time to answer all my questions. When I arrived in Arizona, he set up an appointment, and again, took all the time to answer every little detail we were concerned about. What an impressive and professional company. They spent a lot of time setting up and preparing for the auction, while being very patient with the family! They did an amazing job selling 99% of the items that were in the home and garage- and the computers that did not sell, were stacked neatly in the garage. We would have paid them more than their commission for all the hard work they did! We appreciate this company more than we can say, and would suggest them to anyone who is looking for an auction company. Thanks Ralph and Company!!!

Gave them a truck load of household goods in August of 2017. Contacted them in February of 2018 because i never heard anything from them. Ralph said they had been ill and to give them a month. Tried to contact them again by phone. Not able to leave a message. Went to the business and the gates were locked. Sent a certified letter this July and still no word. Won't recommen.
UPDATE
January 29th, 2019, Finally received a check from them about 4 months ago with a letter of apology. They said they would also see where I stood with the remainder. Waited a few months without any word so I called and left a message. Within a few days I had another check. You have to keep following up with them to get paid but I eventually did get paid.

Just got back from there auction in Rimrock and it was a wonderful auction , I used to go to auctions all the time around the Verde valley but a few bad experiences with other auctioneers , stopping the auction because they couldn't get retail prices thanks Harris auctions
