The people that answer the phones are so RUDE!!!
Calling to ask a question about bill and you get put on hold and transfer to a voice mail without telling you anything. Don't know who or why.
0 phone etiquette., 0 professionalism, and very rude. If you hate your job. You should quit!
Maybe management needs to train these employees, Some phone etiquette and professionalism before they put them on the phones.

The water/sewer guys who fixed the pipe in the road were great! Super workers! But, the phone to the Avon Park Public Works didnt work(?) So that is why only 3 stars. No one in office that cared about the phone. We were lucky to get someone to send a truck out. Office folks acted like, no phone? That's normal. Anyway this is 3rd time in 4 months sewage blockage problem. Workers were great! It seems like infra structure needs work, but I'm no engineer.

They charge people a shut off fee who has never been shut off! The "manager" Mrs Ramirez is RUDE! no help at all! They need a better manager! im taking this above her to see what kind of corruption they have going on in that office!

Pedro and Emil came out after hours for a water main leak on our block... They worked so hard to get it all fixed for us.. God bless their hearts.. They did an awesome job.. Way to go City of Avon Park on your employees..

They are the worst at customer service ever, in person or by phone! First they partially answer a question when you call, put you on hold cause they have another customer, then cut you off while you're on hold, then don't answer your call back phone call, and don't call you back after you leave a message!! And they're just as bad in person!!

Water bill was paid at noon after they shut off the water, we called four seperate times to get someone to come out at 2pm, 4pm, 9pm, and 10pm i was finally connect to the extremely rude “owner of the company” and was finally told nobody would be out to turn the water on at 8am
