Used to pick up at the plant every week. Most obsessively clean business I've ever seen. I've watched them peel a third of a head of lettuce or more away to only keep what's good. Forget hairnets, full body clean suits are the rule. I will always choose Fresh Express over any other brand.

I bought a salad from the 99 cent store on Sherman Way and Linley, some of the salad was soggy , not good for your buying customers ' You can get real sick from eating bad tasting salad , please make sure your salads are fresh to eat on a regulars basis , Thanks 071279301006, ref: #
