It's a very functional grocery store with a reasonable collection of all required things. For us at pioneer ( city), it's a blessing. The deli sandwiches they make on demand are very very high quality.

As grocery store it is better than l would expect up in the hills.
As a deli it is awesome. Hot food selections for breakfast and dinner (they open at 7), and great sandwiches made to order for lunch out in the field.
Best place a utility worker in this area can go.

Love this place . A little hidden gem in Pioneer California . The staff is friendly and amazing people. Love the vibe of this place and the people in the area are so friendly.

This place does Boar's Head sandwiches and carries Boar's Head with extreme variety of boar's head products

They also barbecue every Friday Saturday and Sunday they do roasted chickens and amazing BBQ tri-tip as well it's a Beautiful drive up to this place as well.

I was recently in the area visiting family and while I was there we frequently shopped at IGA per their recommendation. On numerous occasions I have walked into the back to use the bathroom to see the deli manager, Shane, standing around with other employees goofing off. Do not get me wrong, the customer service in the store is very good. But I see the deli struggling while I wait for my sandwich and I just feel that the manager standing around in the back while his other employee struggle is a bad look.
