After having been to Fremont Nalli few times, was excited when Nalli opened in Artesia as didn't have to go all the way to the Bay area. Eager to try, went with my mom.
1. Collections - not a lot but understandable
2. Size restock - Some shelves barely had 2 items in 3XL and 4XL. Very disappointing.
3. Pants - Many didn't even have sizes, nothing was arranged based on size. You had to open each and every cover and the pant to check the size. When asked for a particular size availability, staff said you have to open each and see.
4. Did not help in opening and seeing a saree fully. Said take home and if there was a damage bring it back within 7 days. Not comparing stores but in Fremont, the staff would not allow you to open a saree. They would be the one to show. Maybe different cities, different rules.
5. Staff - Surprised to read some people had great customer experience. Maybe only for Silk Sarees. Ours experience was absolutely NIL. No smile from anyone, especially the lady at the cash register even after a purchase. Too grim.

Had lot of expectations, maybe our mistake to have expected a little from this reputed chain after having lived in Chennai for years.

It was a pleasant experience. We were shopping for bridal sarees for our daughter-in-law. The staff were pleasant and cordial and helped her choose a very beautiful Kanjipuram wedding saree. The staff who helped us make the choice were Sonal and Nilova. Thank you

This place is very nice ! I went there to buy saree blouse . They were all so helpful and very friendly . Prices are really good very affordable. And the quality of the cloths are great . I ll definitely come back to shop .

We went to shop saris and men’s wear for gifts for our friend and Nilova was really nice and showed us a lot of selections. Excellent customer service! Rates are reasonable and they have a great variety!

The staff is very rude. I also got a Saree labeled “100% cotton” that I noticed was polyester when I got it home. Disappointed.
