Went to yse the washroom upstairs . Door was locked and waited 20 minutes. Nobody came out. Knocked the door and no one answered. Told the staff member that was formally dressed upstairs that no one is answering. And she just kept saying oh someone locked it. Why is no one answering then. That staff member was very unaccomodating

Very friendly helpful people as well as selection of clothes. Was intown during a recent cruise and needing a more formal dress shirt for dinner back on the ship. The staff were able to assist measurements and suggestions with shirt and tie colors.
