John is incredibly good at his job. Not only did he make us feel welcomed he helped walk me and my son through our first game of pokemeon! All the staff here have been wonderful and kind with my kiddo and me as we get into Pokemon. They’ve answered countless questions, given us some free goodies, and their kindness is clearly contagious as all the customers coming to trade and play have also been incredibly kind.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They host events for different games every week, as well as larger tournaments and pre-release events for various games. Great place to go for your next boardgame or if you're getting into card/tabletop games and wanna make some friends.

The staff at this store are some of the kindest and knowledgeable for anything we’ve needed. They have helped me pick out gifts, have a large selection of games to try and have been so patient to chat with my kids about their favorite games. They are so positive and supportive, I highly recommend anyone stop in to meet John and the rest of the staff, then stay to play a game or two.

A cool community and a pretty darn good selection too! The staff (dawn/jon)made wildly positive impressions on me. They made me feel already welcome(like prewelcomed to what seems to be a wonderful gaming and shopping location) in a store I have only been to twice. I would argue the genuinely pleasant vibe is probably at least partially their fault, not every ttrpg/card game venue I’ve encountered felt this accessible or amicable(typically a staffing thing in either direction-communities are just flocks of people after all-and this shop has good ones).

Awesome shop for dice, warhammer, pokemon cards, dungeons and dragons, and magic the gathering. The miniatures sold here are awesome, and the war game community seems very well outfitted. Best terrain builds I’ve ever seen. I would recommend to anyone that they check this place out.

Great shop with friendly workers who take every natural opportunity to improve the consumers experience. I’m newer to the area and feeling invited to try and tap into the community present meant a lot to me. Thanks for being great you guys.

One of the most friendly and fun game stores in all of Tucson! I hadn't played any card games since I was a kid, and after having met John, the store manager, his enthusiasm was infectious and drew me into a variety of games from Magic the gathering to Warhammer 40k. No matter what I ask or request, he goes above and beyond to ensure he's done all he can to assist.

The community at the outlets is fantastic and is supported by awesome employees, like Dawn who introduced me to My hero academia and Warhammer old world. Dawn's incredibly friendly and has a wealth of knowledge on many different games. Zach is another friendly employee who is always attentive of customers and their needs.

Love TGG and hope that they continue to thrive!

First time customer. I came in and a very helpful employee immediately came to help me. He told me about a sale that I had no idea about, and it saved me $50! I was able to get some staple pieces for my collection, like Catan, that I’ve been putting off because I don’t want to spend $60 on a game I’ve played 100 times. Because of the savings, I was also able to pick up some fun new RPGs, a few party games, and some sorely needed expansions. 11/10, love this place!
