I've been to this branch at least 3 times and each time the service (different individuals) are not very friendly. I highly recommend that the branch manager spend some time at Coconut Creek branch south of there and see how your staff should service customers. How about starting with a smile or just being pleasant and say hello first, or maybe a good morning. When responding to questions, trying looking at the person and stop moving away...I'm talking to you! Unbelievable. Never again. Even though it's closer, I would rather drive to Coconut Creek for some pleasantry.
I'm not going name names as I'm sure you have families to care for...all the more reason you should be nicer.

Went to local branch to withdraw $10,000 cash for a car. I was told that I could only take out $5,000 cash! They said it's the policy at that branch. The guy next to me said to get 5,000 cash and a bank check for the rest. Of course the bank check had an $8.00 fee, making me have to pay a fee because of their self imposed cash policy. This is just plain money grabbing. In the end no check was issued because I didn't know the name of a potential seller of a car that I haven't even found yet. If you can deposit $10,000 in cash (yeah I know) you should be able to withdraw that much too. Thanks for listening

TD bank credit card services is the worst and incompetent. I have been with the credit card for more than 10 years and I have never received a credit increase, I always keep my credit score at very good and excellent and I have never paid late. Then it caught my attention because this is the only bank that has not automatically raised my limit. After sending emails I only got mediocre responses that in the end did not answer my question. In the end I had to call, and they convinced me to do a hard pull, so I did it and after waiting 20 days for a letter to arrive, they sent it to the wrong address. I called and they told me that my request had not been approved, I asked them why, they told me that they do not give that information, I spoke with the supervisor, and same response. They wanted me to do a reevaluation. How do you do a revaluation without first knowing what the reason was? They changed my address, and I waited another 20 days for the response from the non-approved one to arrive. I wanted to talk to the department that makes the decisions, and they told me that clients couldn't talk to them. Do you find what I should do? talk to the letter and the letter will answer me if there is something wrong? This is the bank that gives mediocre answers as if they were robots. Too bad TD bank that you lose me as a customer. I do this so that other people who are looking for options, please, there are very good banks out there that do not beat around the bush and get to the point and help the customer. Don't waste your time.

I had a very important document to notarize and went to B of A in Mission Bay a half hour before they opened only to be greeted with "sorry you need an appointment". I went to 2 other places and tried TD Bank as a last shot even though I was not a customer. Not only did Donnell say he'd take care of it there was also no charge, it was free! Donnell was kind, professional and did me a huge solid that made my day, he is good people.

Matthew and Darrell were awesome today. They took care of us quickly and efficiently while closing our deceased father’s account. They were so friendly and knowledgeable along with the other staffer. (This wasn’t my dad’s home branch. That branch wasn’t open due to staffing issues today. There was no sign on the door stating this. We waited 15 minutes, and then we called. We were told that only the drive thru was open.) Hats off to the Mission Bay TD bank staff!👏🏻

Visited this bank from out of state to do a wire transfer for the purchase of a vehicle. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I have done many wire transfers with many banks and this was the worst process and most unkind bankers I have ever experienced. If you can go somewhere else, you should. This bank location is terrible.
