The staff at Chico's went above and beyond for me. It never occurred to me that I would have to shop for clothes after my daughter passed away. We were all so busy taking care of her and spending a huge amount of time at the hospital. Her wish was that we would wear white to her funeral. I didn't have anything in my closet that would do. I was gripped by sorrow, the last thing I wanted to do is shop. The sales assistance took over, and helped me, such kindness was given to me. I do not shop frequently, but I will be returning here the next time I need to update my wardrobe. Thank you for the care and encouragement, and the blessing when I needed it the most.

I totally love this store! Everyone is very helpful and willing to help one find the perfect item!! Really nice fall clothes are there, and it's hard to pick just 1 or 2 items. Manager is the BEST!

My sister has a disability and unfortunately experienced tremendous discrimination. She was told she couldn’t try on clothes and if she didn’t buy something she should go. My sister’s disability makes it difficult to eat and therefore making clothes fit can be a challenge. The woman there told her since her pants were long if she fell it was her own fault! The treatment was unimaginable! Steer clear if you don’t want to be treated with discrimination.

My daughter took me to this store yesterday, said I needed to update my wardrobe of clothes. I never thought for a moment that they would have anything to fit me, plus size petite.
Was I ever wrong. This store had an amazing selection of clothes, but what made the whole experience so wonderful was the amazing staff. From the moment we entered the store nothing was too much trouble. They made suggestions, gave honest feedback made the whole experience relaxing and fun. Yes I have a brand new selection of clothes that look and make me feel amazing.
This store is an hours drive for me but it’s the only Chico’s I will go to from now on.
Thank you to everyone but especially my daughter for taking me.

I was at this store today and it was a delight. From all the saleswomen to the cashier, they were friendly, chatty, well-dressed and made me feel immediately at home. I came in because I had a blouse from Chico’s that I bought over 5 years ago and was so impressed with how it has stood the test of time. I left more impressed than when I came in. I’m a fan. Thank you.

I needed a dress for my Sisters funeral walked in and told my favorite sales assistant Ann what I needed Ann cried with me then handed me the perfect dress [ it was beautiful and also on sale ] I can't say enough about there service
