Been my smoke shop for years and will continue to make the hr drive for all my vape needs. Frank is always helpful and always makes sure to put my points. Mike is the best and has been helpful when ive had card issues and has me laughing when I leave the store. I will always choose habit for my store.

My husband and I run a small business in Roosevelt Arizona which is why it is so important to us to support others as well. I’ve been coming to this place for years now and always have a pleasant experience, all of the employees are amazing. With that being said though today you guys lost my business. I came in to buy coils for my nord pro and as I walked out I noticed they were the wrong size. I walked right back in to trade them out for the right size, literally 1 minute after purchase. I was told there was nothing that could be done, along with a million of reasons why it was out of the managers control and how he couldn’t fix the issue. I get rules, I even get that other people take advantage and that in turn ruins it for everybody else. I get all that, even if I had went home and left the property how then I’d be out of luck. There are exceptions to every rule though, especially in this situation. It could have been easily fixed. I don’t know if you were having a bad day or what but you handled that situation wrong. I hope next time you handle it differently.

We've been here a couple times and always have great service from Mike. Although today, we really appreciated the customer service. Mike spent a lot of time discussing options, he was honest and for the first time ever a shop wanted me to bring my cartridge over to test and make sure that the battery I was buying was working. For the price of what I got and the 1 on 1 service, I'm definitely thankful to have a place I can rely on in Globe.

UPDATE: I was LIED TO. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I will eat the $20 before dealing with the.'manager' who has no idea how to talk or deal with customers. I will be happy to tell the owners if they were interested, but it appears not!
1st update * I talked with Noah at the other store, and they are going to make sure that this is fixed. I will be able to go in tomorrow and talk with a different employee (he is the one I bought it from, very nice guy Frank), and he will replace it. I will make sure I have a cartridge with me. I will update again when it is.
AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU! Bought a vape battery yesterday. I took it home and it didn't work. Took it back today. They refused to replace it. WHAT A RIPOFF. IT WAS almost $20. I would give them a negative if I could.
